Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operations have continued through the COVID-19 virus, but delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $99.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@enjoypachamama.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damage during shipping?
We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse. However, if your product incurred any damage en route to you we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund within 72 hours of arrival. Just email us at support@enjoypachamama.com letting us know what happened.
